Carole Lundell is a Minnesota trained rule 114 qualified mediator, Parenting Consultant and Parenting Time Expeditor. She received her training at the Dispute Resolution Institute at Hamline University School of Law. Carole graduated from Luther Northwestern Seminary in St. Paul in 1993 and served in youth and family ministry for 22 years, 15 of those years as an ordained minister.
Throughout her career in family ministry she witnessed the damaging effects of divorce, in particular the effects divorce had on children. Having witnessed the effects of divorce through the perspective of these children, gives Carole a unique insight into the process of parenting and co-parenting children through divorce. Life experience as a divorced mom of two young children has also given her a great deal of wisdom and insight.
She helps her clients navigate the very difficult waters of parenting and co-parenting with the very person from whom they are trying to separate themselves. She also works as a resource for her clients as they guide their own children through this difficult and painful time.
